Maine is a very liberal state. And even though the elctoral votes are distributed by district rather than statewide results, nothing is going to amount from that.
The only real intreasting storey here is Susan Collins uphill battle to reatain her seat in this ultra liberal state. Tom Allen seems to presnet a strong challenge should he get the nomination, but Collins is pretty liberal herself and may just have enough to hold the seat.
