A very important battleground state in the next election, this is a state that will likely switch sides quite often going into the election. The intial projection was 'Weak GOP'.
Meanwhile, Republican incumbant John Sununu is in serious trouble in his bid for a second term in the senate. A very strong candidate in Jeanne Shaheen, the former governor of the state, makes me believe that the Democrats have a great pickup oppurtunity.
In the house race, District 1 looks to be a good race, as Republicans attempt to regain the seat they lost in 2006.
There is also a governor race in 2008, but the Democrat should easily win the seat.
